Ownership, all commercial and usage rights transferred to the buyer once the full payment has been made

Payment Structure

Half of the payment for a model or rigging is to be payed when a progress report has been made before I make more progress on the model.
Otherwise, starting a commission is a $50 deposit*. This is due to my own work schedule giving me limited time to work on commissions.
